- Clean Ants`s desk

- take in for a warrant.

Today we went into the Embassy to figure out where exactly Ants`s visa was. 4 days to go, and we still don`t have it. The lady asked us “So when did you say you needed it?”
Ants: “Last Friday”
“When do you actually fly out?”
“This Friday”
“Oh, that`s why we`re not stressed about it”.
Both our jaws dropped. OMG! You`re not stressed, but you haven`t even looked at the damn thing!
She had a quick look, and thought that we had enough information there, so we left feeling a little more positive, and went to sort out my ring, then to Ants`s work to clean out his desk (which didn`t take as long as we thought it would).

Out at Westfield we had some lunch, and got a call from the Embassy. We didn`t have enough proof. Just our luck. So stressed, we continued out shopping, because there wasn`t much else to do. We shopped for shoes, and couldn`t find anything that would be comfortable enough to travel in, though finally Ants found some shoes from Colorado. We brought a few travel things, a money pack, some laundry detergent and a few other things. We headed back to the jeweller to get a receipt for the ring and then out into town to the Geek Forum so Ants could sort his cards and sell some. Then we had to rush to find Chris who`d done the warrant for my car, and get my car keys off him. Then rush home because Ants`s brother and sister-in-law were waiting for us. We got home at 8pm, much later than we`d hoped, and started pulling out all the extra information that we would need to take to the Embassy tomorrow. I felt bad, because I didn`t actually get to talk much to Pete and Tina, coz I was so busy getting everything together.
I was angry with Ants too, because he hadn`t used much of the stuff that I had already post-noted, but at least that made this part easy. But in the end, we got everything together and organised. Hopefully it will be enough.

Tomorrow`s To Do list is just as big.
